How to Use
INHALATION
The pleasant aroma of orange essential oil has a cheerful and uplifting, yet simultaneously relaxing and soothing effect that helps lower the heart rate. It can create a warm atmosphere while also boosting the immune system’s strength and resilience and eliminating airborne bacteria.
MASSAGE
As it reduces painful and involuntary muscle contractions, it is traditionally used in massages to relieve stress, abdominal pain, diarrhea, constipation, indigestion or irregular digestion, and nasal congestion.
HOME
Thanks to its natural purifying properties, it is a useful ingredient for natural sprays and household cleaning products. Beyond cleaning, it can be added to laundry to scent clothes or used in the dishwasher.
COSMETICS
It improves skin clarity, radiance, and smoothness. It helps maintain skin health, appearance, and texture by reducing signs of acne and other unpleasant skin conditions, making it an ideal ingredient for moisturizers.
When applied to calluses—particularly on the feet—it is known to soften and hydrate them.
Like all citrus oils, orange essential oil is phototoxic. Do not expose the skin to sunlight immediately after application due to the risk of pigmentation. Do not use the oil in baths, as it may irritate sensitive skin and mucous membranes. If skin irritation occurs, rinse thoroughly with water. Always dilute in a carrier oil before applying to the skin. Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight. Avoid contact with eyes.
