Shipping Policy

The platform functions as a marketplace model.

The manufacturer is responsible for:

• packaging
• shipping the product
• defining the shipping price
• defining delivery zones
• observance of delivery deadlines

The delivery price is displayed at checkout, depending on the vendor.

In case of non-delivery or delay, the Platform has the right to temporarily withhold payment to the manufacturer until the situation is resolved.

HA Gift Box products are distributed by the Platform through a logistics partner.
