- General provisions
Herbarium Adriaticum acts as a marketplace platform that connects buyers and vendors.
The sales contract is concluded between the buyer and the producer.
The platform is a billing entity.
The manufacturer is responsible for order fulfillment (packaging, shipping and product legality).
- Responsibility
The manufacturer is responsible for:
- legality of the product
- declarations
- safety and quality
- compliance with applicable regulations
The platform is not responsible for inaccuracies in the information provided by the manufacturer.
The Platform’s liability is limited to the amount of the order, except in the case of intent or gross negligence.
- Prices
All prices are expressed in EUR and include VAT (if applicable).
The Platform reserves the right to change prices.
- Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
Disputes will be resolved amicably, otherwise the competent court in the Republic of Croatia shall have jurisdiction, with the application of applicable consumer protection regulations.
