How to Use

Essential oils must be diluted in a carrier oil before use.
1 teaspoon = 5 ml
For a 1% blend: 1 drop of essential oil per teaspoon of carrier oil
For a 2% blend: 2 drops of essential oil per teaspoon of carrier oil
For a 3% blend: 3 drops of essential oil per teaspoon of carrier oil

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Exercise caution when using on individuals with nut allergies, as some people react negatively to nut oils.
