    Herbarium Adriaticum acts as a marketplace platform that connects buyers and vendors.<\/p>\n

    The sales contract is concluded between the buyer and the producer.<\/p>\n

    The platform is a billing entity.<\/p>\n

    The manufacturer is responsible for order fulfillment (packaging, shipping and product legality).<\/p>\n

    1. Responsibility<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      The manufacturer is responsible for:<\/p>\n

      • legality of the product<\/li>\n
      • declarations<\/li>\n
      • safety and quality<\/li>\n
      • compliance with applicable regulations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        The platform is not responsible for inaccuracies in the information provided by the manufacturer.<\/p>\n

        The Platform’s liability is limited to the amount of the order, except in the case of intent or gross negligence.<\/p>\n

        1. Prices<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          All prices are expressed in EUR and include VAT (if applicable).<\/p>\n

          The Platform reserves the right to change prices.<\/p>\n

          1. Jurisdiction<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
